Travel Diary: Oregon Coast

Never in my life have I felt more in tune with nature. The staggering beauty of the Pacific Northwest has not just opened my eyes to how majestic God’s creation really is but has brought such a calm and peace to my mind and spirit every single day. Since being here, Sam and I have been going on hikes at least twice a week and every time I have to close my eyes with gratitude and thank God for leading me there that day. My whole life, I’ve connected the most with God when I am with nature as it is the most physical and undeniable proof of His existence and majestic ways.

Below are some photos of the absolutely beautiful and insanely GREEN places I’ve been so far!

Sweet Creek Trail in Florence, OR

North Jetty Beach

Cape Perpetua & Spouting Horn

Tyron State Park, Portland, OR.

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
